Customer Review: Tent Camping look for other reference
This is great for the RV's not so good for tent campers and Motorcycle Adventure tourers.
Customer Review: Excellent guide
Since we will be camping most of the time while in Alaska, this book is a great guide.
There is a broad spectrum when referring to camping, There is tent camping, among other forms. This article addresses mainly tent camping and everything involved. Finding the right campsite, and area of interests are crucial to having a positive camping experience. I am assuming that those who choose to read this article know something about tenting camping or has an interest in this wonderful way of enjoying mother nature. I by no means am considered a expert camper, I can only write from experience. So as we enter this magnificent topic of the outdoor experience I know I won't forget that there is so much more to experience.
Camping enables you to experience the simple life with a slower pace and give us a chance to get in touch with nature and experience the serenity of stillness. You will have the opportunity to tune to nature's sounds such as the rustling of leaves, flowing of river water and chirping of birds. If you hike along trails, you will be able to appreciate the wonderful sights and sounds of the surroundings. If you want to, you can experience canoe rides along the shores of quiet lakes and listen to the noise of water lapping against the sides of the boat. In the evening, you can enjoy the simple pleasure of sitting around a campfire and listening to the crackling sounds of burning wood. Starting with a little knowledge in the beginning, you will acquire more and more knowledge about camping as you go along. Camping is a wonderful adventure. It enables you to discover more about wildlife and nature. Besides, if you are sharing this adventure with your family and friends, you will not forget the wonderful memories it brings.
If your not the type of person who appreciates the attitude of "Keeping it simple" or could care less about it, then mastering the art of this attitude would be very beneficial before attempting tent camping. Keeping it simple I believe is the best way to enjoy camping. Isn't that the main reason to go, to get away from all the distractions of life. I can remember actually dreading to go on a weekend road trip, all the work it took to pack, unpack and everything in between. I must say that now as I sit here and write this that if my mate were to say "come on, we're going camping", all we'd have to do is carry our belongings (camping stuff, only) to the truck and off we go!
There are many different types of camping, to me there is only one type, tent camping. Camping in anything other that a tent should be in a different category.(just my opinion). What one person would call roughing it may not mean the same to someone else. All that really matters is the end result. So if you love birds, and you enjoy being outdoors in the peace and quiet then go camping and enjoy the time alone. There really isn't anything like the experience of camping to help you unwind and reflect on all that life holds for us. And take a less from the birds that you see, and how carefree they really are. Camping will help restore your tired soul and is a great way to get close to nature. I hope reading this has sparked your camping fever or caused you to be more interested in experiencing this awesome world if it has I invite you to visit my website.
